Steps and resources for changing networks on the MEW wallet app.

While MyEtherWallet started in 2015 as a platform for interacting with the Ethereum blockchain, all MEW wallets now support additional networks, sidechains, and Layer 2 solutions, giving MEW users access to lower network fees, faster transactions speeds, and a wider range of applications.

MEW wallet supports Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, and zkSync Era natively in the app.

To Change your network

  1. Open the MEW wallet app.

  2. Click on ‘Ethereum’ on the top left to expand the dropdown menu for the network options.

  3. Choose the network that you want to use from the dropdown. (Note that there may be differences in networks supported by the iOS and Android versions of the app).
