If you forgot your PIN or would like to change it, you will need to reset and recover your wallet from backup:
Please go through the recovery process to restore your wallet with the 24 words mnemonic phrase that was provided when you backed it up.
If you did not back up your wallet or lost your recovery phrase, there is no way to restore access to the wallet. MEW does not collect or store any personal user information like phone numbers or emails, has no access to user wallets, and can not restore your recovery phrase for you.
If your mnemonic phrase is not working in the app or on our website, please make sure that you try all of the steps outlined below:
Check each word against the complete list of words used in mnemonic phrases. You may be spelling one wrong.
Make sure you’re listing the words in the correct order. If you didn't number the words and wrote them in columns, try going both in vertical and in horizontal order.
Make sure you're not putting in any extra spaces in the front or back of the words.
