First, head to myetherwallet.com and select the 'Buy Crypto' option at the top of the page.

You’ll then be redirected to our provider page to complete your crypto purchase.

Pick the crypto that you want to buy from the drop down. You will be able to select both network on which you are buying, and the token you want to buy (use the search field to find it quickly). Enter the amount you want to spend and choose the currency that you'll be paying with then click on ‘Preview Quotes’ when you’re done.

Next, select your desired rate and provider. You'll then be redirected to complete the purchase. If this is your first time using MoonPay, Simplex, Topper or Coinbase Onramp, you will need to create an account first. Complete your payment details and proceed with purchase on the provider page.

Allow some time for the transaction to process then head back to MEW Portfolio and access your wallet to see your updated balance. Make sure you’re on the correct network for the crypto your purchased.

On your MEW Portfolio dashboard, go ahead and click on ‘Buy/ Sell’ located on the left side menu bar.

In the ‘Buy’ window, pick the crypto that you want to buy from the drop down. You will be able to select both network on which you are buying, and the token you want to buy. Enter the amount you want to spend and choose the currency that you'll be paying with. Click 'Buy Now' when you're done.

Next, select your desired rate and provider. You'll then be redirected to complete the purchase. If this is your first time using MoonPay or Simplex, you will need to create an account, so make sure to take the time to go through the KYC procedure. Complete your payment details and proceed with purchase on the provider page.

Head to myetherwallet.com and access your wallet. For help with that, take a look at ‘Access my wallet with MEW web’.

On the MEW Portfolio dashboard, go ahead and click on ‘Buy/ Sell’ located on the left side menu bar.

Click on ‘Sell’ then choose the cryptocurrency that you want to sell and the amount that you want to sell. Currently, MoonPay in MEW supports the sale of ETH, USDT, and USDC on the Ethereum network. Select 'Sell now' when you're done. You will then be redirected to MoonPay to complete the process.

On MoonPay, you will add your bank account details and review the sell order. You will also be given an address where you need to send your crypto in order to receive fiat into your bank account in exchange. Copy this address CAREFULLY. You will have a limited amount of time to send your crypto to this address in order to process the sell order, or the sale will need to be re-quoted due to changing network fees.

Once you have the address copied, head back to your MEW portfolio dashboard and click on the ‘Send’ icon.

Select the currency you're sending, the amount, and enter the address provided on the ‘Order Confirmation’ screen. It's crucial to make sure that you’re entering the same amount the original sale request was for. Entering a different amount can prolong the process or lead to a failure of the sale. The address MUST be entered (or copied) correctly as well. Double-check for typos.
