There is no minimum to transfer out of MyEtherWallet (MEW). We are not an exchange and have no way of blocking your withdrawals or deposits. There are also no daily or other limits on transactions sent between self-custody wallets.
While there is no minimum, keep in mind that every transaction on Ethereum requires a network fee (also called 'gas') payable in ETH. Read more about gas here: What is Gas?
